Scaffolding Cuplock

Cuplock standards (verticals) are manufactured from 40 NB mild steel tubes conforming to ISI marked standards (IS 1161 or IS 1239, Part I “ Grade YSt 240) with an outer diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness ranging to 4.0 mm. Each standard is provided with bottom cups welded at 500 mm centers and forged top cups that are loose-fitted for locking ledgers in position. The standards have one hole at the ends to fit joint pin for vertical connections. All components are finished by painting as per the client™s requirement. The Cuplock standard is designed for heavy-duty scaffolding applications.
